2. అది విన్న యోనాతాను ఇలా అన్నాడు, “నా తండ్రి నిన్ను చంపటానికి ప్రయత్నం చేయటం లేదు. నా తండ్రి ముందుగా నాకు చెప్పకుండా ఏ పనీచేయడు. అది అతి ముఖ్యమైన పనిగాని, లేక అతి స్వల్పమైన విషయంగాని మా తండ్రి ఎప్పుడూ నాకు చెబతాడు. ఆయన నిన్ను చంపాలనే తన ఆలోచనను నాకెందుకు చెప్పకుండా ఉంటాడు? లేదు. అది నిజం కాదు!”
